Chur, the location was sweet as, just a stone's throw from the lake and local eats. But the breakfast was way too busy, heaps of waiting and no proper coffee.

We had a great time in a spacious room with a fine view of the lake and mountains. The kids loved the enormous swimming pool with hot tub and sauna, perfect for cooling down during the hot days. We enjoyed the night show with the waterfall feature that brought smiles all around.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable for the experience we enjoyed.

We had a blast at this hotel! The family suite was super spacious, perfect for us to chill after a day out. The location is a dream, with the lake and local food spots super close. One night, we grabbed snacks from the poolside bar, which was a nice treat. Only thing was, the elevators could get busy at times.

the room had comfortable beds, nice lake view, and was spacious with air conditioning and a minibar. enjoyed a good-sized indoor pool and spa facilities like a sauna and massage options. breakfast included western and chinese choices. location was ideal, just minutes from the lake and busy food street. friendly reception staff too.

The hotel has a fantastic location overlooking a hustling lake, it's always a sight to behold with people strolling about. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the lake. a move we definitely did right!

the location of the lijiang waterfall hotel is perfect, just a short walking path from the lake and the bustling pedestrian shopping street. the staff at the reception were super kind and spoke great english, making us feel welcomed. we also enjoyed the amazing indoor pool, adding to a fun stay.

Great concierge support and room was ready early. Wi-Fi was spotty, hard to connect.
